Our Mission

Black Tech Mafia (BTM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to one thing — making sure young people in underserved communities don't get left behind in the AI revolution.

AI is changing everything. The jobs, the money, the opportunities — they're all shifting right now. BTM exists to make sure our kids are on the right side of that shift.

Why This Moment Matters

We are living through the biggest economic transformation in a generation. AI is projected to create $500 billion in new wealth annually in the US by 2045. The question isn't whether that wealth gets created — it's who gets to benefit from it.

Right now, the young people who will benefit most are the ones learning these skills today. That's exactly who we're here for.

BTM uses entertainment, music, and an original mini-series to pull young people into the world of technology — then gives them real skills to take with them.

The Black Tech Mafia Mini-Series follows Ray Arceneaux (BTM Founder), a software developer who gets a mysterious call from someone known only as "The Plug" — sending him on a mission that puts him square in the crosshairs of the FTC (Federal Tech Commission) and Special Agent Mac Debug. Think tech meets the streets. Every episode plants a seed.
